ADDITIVE B

A tank side additive designed to extend fluid life of water based coolants. Helps to stabilize and reduce growth of bacteria and fungus within the sump which in turn provides corrosion resistance, reduces odor and improves negative health effects attributed with uncontrolled bacteria and fungal growth.

SUMP SAVER

A tank side additive designed to control the growth of bacteria and fungus. SUMP SAVER is also a pH buffer. This additive helps restore pH of fluids that may have changed over time. The resulting pH should be within the range of 8.5 – 9.5. SUMP SAVER is readily water soluble and is compatible for use with soluble oil, semi-synthetic and synthetic type coolants. This product contains no phenol or phenolic derivatives, nitrates, nitrites, or nitroso-amines and is considered a low toxicity product.

PH ADJUSTER

A tank side additive used to increase and restore the pH of a water soluble metalworking fluid. This additive is intended for use with only alkaline fluids. Coolants should not be allowed to exceed a pH of 10.

FOAM BUSTER

A tank side defoamer designed to easily disperse in all types of coolant sumps. Can be used to reduce foam in soluble-oil, semi-synthetic and synthetic metal working fluids.

FOAM REDUCER

A tank side additive designed for all coolant types. It reduces foam by increasing water hardness through the addition of calcium salts. This products instructions should be followed closely, as water hardness can effect coolant stability. This product provides a more permanent solution than other foam reducing additives.

WATER CONDITIONER

Designed specifically for tank side addition of metal working fluids. This product is designed to restore emulsion type fluids that are splitting or destabilizing due to the accumulation of hardwater salts such as magnesium and calcium. This product should restore the emulsion back to its original specification. It will also increase pH slightly which will reduce bacteria growth and corrosion. This product contains no phenol or phenolic derivatives, nitrates, nitrites, or nitroso-amines and is considered a low toxicity product.
