MACHINE – KLEEN 400

An industrial machine sump cleaner for use on all machine types that use water extendable coolants. It is recommended for use when machine sumps need cleaning or when bacteria or fungus have reached unmanageable levels. It emulsifies all extraneous oils including gear, hydraulic, way, and other tramp oils. All existing bacteria and fungus will be killed to prevent inoculation of fresh coolant. It is designed for use externally and internally on all machines.

HEAT – KLEEN 200

A nearly neutral rust remover. Designed to remove light rust and oxides from steel with heat. Can be used on tools, machine parts, steel totes, mixing tanks, etc…

POWER – KLEEN FWG

A heavy-duty alkaline floor cleaner. It removes virtually all soils and greases, and is effective in removing lift-truck rubber tire marks. FWG is effective on virtually all soils likely to be found on concrete floors. It is designed to be used in all types of floor scrubbing equipment, as well as hand mopping. It is low foaming, and has a pleasant pine odor.

POWER – KLEEN LA

A mild alkaline, water-based detergent designed for use on all floors and most materials. Due to its low alkalinity, it is compatible for use on most metals, including aluminum. It is safer to use than highly alkaline cleaners and does not typically need any extreme handling procedures. POWER-KLEEN LA can be used at different dilutions for all cleaning applications including; machines, parts, floors, walls and much more. It is a multi-purpose product which eliminates the need for stocking several different types of cleaning compounds.

TUFF – KLEEN

Our TUFF – KLEEN series features high alkaline cleaners designed to clean soils and oils from all metal substrates in spray washing equipment, and turbulated immersion tanks.  Formulated to remove the soils including buffing compounds, grease, coolants, machining, stamping, drawing and honing oils from ferrous surfaces and non-ferrous surfaces.

TUFF – KLEEN 46

High alkaline, low foaming, concentrated, heavy duty, liquid cleaning compound designed for use in spray washing cleaning equipment.  Formulated to remove the toughest soils including buffing compounds, grease, coolants, machining, stamping, drawing and honing oils from cast iron and steel surfaces. Provides added rust protection after cleaning.

TUFF – KLEEN 53

High alkaline, low foaming, concentrated, heavy duty, liquid cleaning compound designed for use in spray washing cleaning equipment.  Formulated to remove the toughest soils including buffing compounds, grease, coolants, machining, stamping, drawing and honing oils from steel and stainless steel surfaces. Provides added rust protection after cleaning.

TUFF – KLEEN 67

General purpose, high alkaline, low foaming, concentrated, heavy duty, liquid cleaning compound designed for use in spray washing cleaning equipment.  Formulated to remove the toughest soils including buffing compounds, grease, coolants, machining, stamping, drawing and honing oils from all metal surfaces.
